The CENTURY 21® Father’s Day Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. You must have internet access prior to May 31, 2016 to participate in this Promotion. Your participation in this Promotion constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. To participate in the Promotion, (i) visit https://givedadnothing.com/ between 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) on May 31, 2016 and 11:59:59 PM EDT on June 19, 2016, (ii) follow the on-screen instructions and provide the name of the individual who you identify as your “Father” (“Recipient/Lessee”), and (iii) click the submit button. The first 99,000 valid submissions received will each immediately receive on-screen instructions on how to download a digital “Certificate of Ownership” with a unique serial number (hereinafter, “Lease Certificate”). Each Lease Certificate will be issued in the name of the Recipient/Lessee and will authenticate the Recipient/Lessee’s twenty-four (24) hour ownership on Sunday, June 19, 2016 of a land parcel in the town of Nothing, Arizona located at 25780 S. Highway 93 (tax parcel ID nos. 102-75-001 and 102-75-002) (“Lease/Property”). All submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT on June 19, 2016. Duplicate submissions will be void. Promotion is valid while supplies last. Employees of Century 21 Real Estate LLC (“Sponsor”), Richard Kenworthy, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) or persons living in the same households of each of the above are not eligible for this Promotion. The Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, or mutilated Lease Certificates or electronic submissions; (ii) errors of any kind whether mechanical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Promotion; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of electronically submitted materials; or (iv) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with this Promotion. Be sure to keep a copy of the Lease Certificate for your records. Disputes may require you to submit a copy of the Lease Certificate to Sponsor. Promotion is not transferrable and may not be combined with any other promotion or offer. No substitution or cash redemptions allowed. Lease Certificates are promotional only and do not have a monetary value. The issuance of a Lease Certificate to a Recipient/Lessee as detailed herein does not confer any legal rights to the Recipient/Lessee whatsoever including, but not limited to, no right to encumber, transfer, or convey any interest in the Lease or the Property itself. Access of any kind to the Property, or any portion thereof, by the Recipient/Lessee or any of his/her heirs or assigns is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any efforts to access or possess the Property during the term of the Lease, or at any other time without the express written consent of the owner of the Property, shall be deemed a trespass under Arizona law. The term of the Lease expires at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time on June 19, 2016. All submissions become the property of Sponsor and are non-returnable. Misuse of this Promotion constitutes fraud. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Richard Kenworthy, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with (i) participant’s participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Lease Certificate received.
